What’s the culture like at L’Oréal?
Over the past 85 years, L’Oréal has invested in creating an open, inclusive, fast paced and creative workplace with a view to encouraging and supporting long-term careers across the entire business here in the UK and Ireland, and beyond.
We actively foster an entrepreneurial, start-up culture where employees get responsibility early in their career. We also encourage continuous learning to enable each employee to reach their full potential. In the UK and Ireland, we currently have 28 graduates on our Management Trainee Scheme as well as 115 interns across summer internships and year-long industrial placements.
