What are the current challenges faced at TouchNote?

Everyone in this industry who’s responsible for growing and nurturing their teams knows that the hard work never stops. At a scale-up, like TouchNote, the challenges presented by our rapid rate of growth and international ambitions make my role a very exciting one. In recent years, we were recognised by Deloitte’s Fast 50 as the ninth fastest growing tech company in Europe. We’re a profitable business and sales have soared, particularly in the US.

We want to establish ourselves as the most thoughtful way to keep in touch and, having built a reputation for excellent customer service, we must continue to meet the sky-high standards we set ourselves. That means that we need to keep bringing in kind, smart and hard-working people to answer the ever-increasing demand for our lovely postcards, greeting cards, canvases and gifts.
