In today’s world of work, culture is everything. Employees are systematically more likely to stay longer with a firm if they have a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Glassdoor recently revealed a list of the 20 companies with the best workplace culture. After ranking 33million reviews of 700,000 companies, the internal ranking from Chartered Management Institute also took into consideration leadership and values.
