A bank employee has lost an employment tribunal after accusing his new female boss of being a ‘b****’ and a ‘flirt’ – Wigan Today reports.
The employment judge was told that the man had become involved in a relationship with a colleague who later became his manager. After the relationship stopped, the employee then made unprofessional comments to a trainee about his manager.
He accused his new manager of having an affair whilst telling the trainee that he was going to make the boss’ ‘life hell.’
A series of other unprofessional comments included: Telling the trainee that the boss wore short skirts for his benefit; flirts with others to make him jealous and was a tease.
