In contrast, Apple boss, Tim Cook has penned an email that has been warmly received: Apple employees and interested onlookers alike are impressed at the lessons his message holds.
However, his words – laying out how employees can help, clarifying the ethos behind the tasks ahead and impressing upon workers the importance of communication at times of crisis – is not just relevant to the saddening events of Harvey. They also contain important workplace lessons.
