BrewDog to give 10% of profits back to staff

The craft beer brewing company, BrewDog, has announced that they will be giving away 20% of their profits each year – The BBC reports.

The artisanal brewing firm will donate 10% of their profits to charities and the other 10% to their internal team. Founder, James Watt explained the scheme to the publication: "We want to be the best company to work for, ever.
