Facebook's 'Trump-supporting' staff group shut down for “harassment”

A multitude of top-level businesses create communication platforms for their employees to communicate, exchange ideas and to engage in social learning – not to harass each other.

However, according to a Business Insider report, Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg shut down an employee-led Facebook discussion group, called Facebook Anon, after it turned “ugly”.

Apparently, round about the time of last year’s US Presidential election, the forum turned into a hub for political argument which “alarmed management.”

Zuckerberg described some of the content as “harassment” with the group heavily used by right-leaning employees.
