Mums work 100 hours a week - here's 3 ways HR can help

Mothers seem to draw on an inner unique strength (and hidden source of energy) enabling them to juggle work, childcare and all of the other duties that come with running a home and family in-between.

However, this comes at a huge cost to their time, a total of almost 100 hours a week. The study commissioned by Welch's Grape Juice, surveying around 2,000 mothers with children between the ages of five and 12 years old, released striking findings on the average parents working day.
