Brits reveal the most mortifying mistakes they've made at work

In most professions at work, we stifle our inner child, don our workwear suits, practice our interested face in meetings and if we’re lucky, get by unscathed.

However, mistakes do happen in life – much to our embarrassment – and our ‘I’ve-got-this’ façade falls away as fast as our faces flush.
