Remote working is fast becoming one of the most sought-after perks for employees, with more and more workers claiming that this benefit is one of the very best.
And a recent interview with Professor Nicholas Bloom, reported by Quartz, seems to validate this point. Speaking at TEDxStanford, Bloom explained that working in an office environment is an outdated requirement stemming from the Industrial Revolution.
