Michelle Futter, the newly appointed HR Leader at The Floow, spoke to us about how she intends to continue the firms’ cultural success – evidenced by their low turnover and unique environment that encourages everyone to thrive.
Futter, who previously held senior HR posts at the likes of Halfords and Odeon, was attracted to The Floow for this very culture, which she described as “a place where anything is possible.”
“This freedom allows us to think creatively about new ways to engage with our colleagues and create a unique environment for our teams to thrive in,” she explains. “This means being more experimental with our thinking and not being afraid to take risks on new ideas, even if they seem quite radical!"
