Team building activities are often used by HR Departments to bring people together, that may work side-by-side every day, in unusual ways to foster fraternity and break down social barriers.
Whilst a little unusual, in order to retain employees interest, most team building days might amount to a staff night out, a game of laser tag or some logic-based tasks.
Speaking to HR Grapevine, Scott Livingstone, Human Resources Director, Chivas Brothers, explained how team-centric tasks and schemes can have a positive affect on the workforce.
