Recruiters the world over have one thing in common – at one point or another either they or their candidates have faced off against bizarre interview questions.
And whilst some interviewers may believe that curve-ball questions weed the wheat from the chaff, a recent report has found that candidates are more sceptical. A study by CV-Library highlighted that one in ten candidates are put off by bizarre interview techniques, with a further one in four admitting that these types of questions rarely serve any real purpose.
