CEOs, Entrepreneurs and self-made billionaires often put their success down to their hard work ethic.
Notorious workaholic, Elon Musk, CEO of TeslaX says that his approach to work, which sees him put in 85 to 100 hours per week, enables him to reach his goals.
However, this attitude to labour isn’t always the route to success, LinkedIn co-Founder Reid Hoffman said on ‘The Tim Ferriss Show’ podcast – CNBC reports.
"Hard work isn't enough. And more work is never the real answer," said the billionaire. "The sort of grit you need to scale a business is less reliant on brute force. It's actually one part determination, one part ingenuity and one part laziness.
