Last week saw dog lovers celebrating ‘Bring your dog to work day’, which saw employees up and down the country relish in the delight of having their four-legged furry friends in the office.
Aside from having a pooch to cuddle, admire, or play with on your lunch break, there’s a real business case for enabling pets to be a permanent fixture at work.
According to research from Nestlé Purina PetCare, 41% of employers have found that being dog-friendly reduces stress at work, with nearly half (46%) believing it created a friendlier environment.
