Controversial policy pays employees to sleep and exercise

Six million Brits - more than the entire population of Scotland – are currently suffering from sleepless nights.

Who’s to blame? Well, their employers apparently. That is, according to research by Rungway, who found that two-fifths (40%) of UK workers have suffered from high workloads or burn out over the past year, causing many to lose much-needed shut-eye.
