Employees will have the chance to score their employer in a TUC scheme designed to get a fair deal for workers.
Under the Great Jobs Agenda, the TUC wants to check if women are paid fairly and there are support mechanisms for disabled people and parent workers.
TUC General Secretary, Frances O’Grady explained that the scheme is designed to “lift the cloak” of secrecy from the workplace.
She said: “We want all workers – from zero-hours temps to permanent employees – to rank how their workplace performs.
