20 most sought-after companies revealed

Understanding the importance of staff morale, and the impact it can have on all areas of a business, is an intricate realm for HR. Without the support of loyal employees, a company may as well throw in the towel.

LinkedIn has recently revealed the top companies that are most sought-after by eager workers. The social media platform analysed 23 million UK businesses in order to highlight the top 20 companies that attract the best talent.

The list is decided through the analysis of LinkedIn data, which includes characteristics such as engagement, reach and retention. The report was collated by taking into account the actions of jobseekers and professionals.
