LinkedIn has recently revealed the top companies that are most sought-after by eager workers. The social media platform analysed 23 million UK businesses in order to highlight the top 20 companies that attract the best talent.
The list is decided through the analysis of LinkedIn data, which includes characteristics such as engagement, reach and retention. The report was collated by taking into account the actions of jobseekers and professionals.
The resounding leader of the prestigious list came from the retail world: John Lewis Partnership.
"We're delighted to have been named the most sought-after employer in the UK for the second year running,” commented Kate Corcoran, Director - Personnel Operations at John Lewis Partnership.
