Specialist cocktail bar group Be At One has appointed a new Head of Training.
Not limited to ensuring staff are well-versed in creating the perfect cosmopolitan, mojito or gin fizz, Kimberley King’s main responsibility will be to source training solutions to support Be At One’s growing business.
In her new role, King will also be in charge of creating career development plans for all staff, from bartenders to those in the finance team. Be At One currently employs 410 staff across its 32 bars.
The cocktail firm’s training and development programme, which invests over £6,000 in each trainee bartender and takes them through an intensive nine-week programme, is the firms primary focus at present.
