Ryanair staff engage in flight sing-song to show engagement

The aviation industry seems to be going through some turbulence of late, as more and more disgruntled customers come forward to decry the practices of frustrated employees.

Ryanair has taken advantage of the recent controversies by showcasing their staff training and improving on their customer experiences. A leaked video shows a surprised passenger on a Ryanair flight being asked to open his bag by an adamant employee.  

However, instead of shouting and causing a scene, the employees actually ask him to start playing his accordion.

The attendant says: "What is this? An accordion? This is an Irish company and you have to play the accordion.”
