Bella Italia appoints new HR Director

Bella Italia - part of the Casual Dining Group – has appointed a new Human Resources Director.

Wayne Morgan joins the firm from Fossil Group where he held the same role for over 3 years.

He has extensive experience of working within a HR Director role, holding the post across different sectors. Previous roles include Head of HR – Non Scripted at ITV, HR Director at 3D Entertainment Group and the same position at Atmosphere Bars & Clubs.

Speaking to HR Grapevine, Morgan told us of his delight when offered the position. “I was so pleased to gain this position for a number of reasons. Firstly, I was thrilled to work for an amazing brand like Bella Italia that recognises the importance of its people. It was also a great chance for me to return to the hospitality industry, an industry I know very well and have certainly missed the fast pace and of it over the last few years.
