Goldman Sachs introduces real-time performance reviews

Goldman Sachs is set to introduce a new way of monitoring performance reviews, initiating a system which gives staff the power to send and receive reviews throughout the year.

The real-time feedback platform, Ongoing Feedback360+, was brought in following advice from employees who told management that they wanted more frequent interaction with their superiors – Bloomberg reports.

Edith Cooper, Global Head of Human Capital Management at the bank, said of the new system: “I am confident that Ongoing Feedback360+ will have a direct and positive impact on the professional growth and experience of our people.”

The publication reports that Goldman Sachs is just the latest firm to introduce the revolutionary measures, taking advantage of technology which can bring employees and their employer closer. JPMorgan have already initiated a similar mobile technology tool which allows co-workers to send and receive instant critiques.
