The trend for bespoke office spaces has caught fire, with more and more companies trying to out-do each other in the war for workplace beauty.
However, any businesses looking to start competing had better take a close look at recently released plans from real estate investment firm Enstar Capital.
Their new office complex will cost around £100million, and is set to include a “Press for Champagne” button, luxurious food lifts and cocktails on tap.
Based in Soho, the workplace will include “luxurious hotel-style features”, including executive spa-style washrooms, uniformed valets, private terraces and sculptures from renowned artist Lee Simmons – The Metro reports.
