So, imagine how potential staffers would feel if they received a rejection letter three years after they applied for a role?

Former student Natasha Borton applied for a job at a Yates’ bar in Lancashire whilst she was completing her studies – The Daily Post reports.

However, she was shocked to find that after three years of radio silence, an unnamed “General Manager” emailed her saying that she did not fit the criteria for the role.
