Which type of employee is happiest at work?

Does your workforce seem down in the dumps? Are line-managers asking unreasonable things of their teams? Is staff wellbeing at the forefront of your company’s employee policies?

New research, from Robertson Cooper, in co-ordination with the Good Day at Work Conservation 2017, suggests that, in relation to the above questions, more could be done.

Their data shows that UK staff feel that only three out of five days are currently good ones - ES reports.

Eight out of ten, who are currently unhappy with their work, cite their manager as a central factor in this – claiming that their boss is “results-focused” rather than “people-focused”.
