Scott Hill, HR Director - Commercial at Interserve, spoke to us about the company’s sustainability agenda and how it is ensuring messages are relayed across all areas of the business.

Sustainability appears to be a large part of Interserve’s values – can you tell us more about this?

Sustainability is central to the way we work – it is about ensuring that our business is socially, economically and environmentally responsible, both now and in the future.

Our 2015 SustainAbilities Plan sets out a joined-up approach across the business and establishes key targets to 2020.
