Millennials are one of the most complex generations entering the workplace; they’ve grown up digitally native, they believe in changing traditional ways of working and they’re conscious about leaving a green footprint.
There are also less redeeming assumptions about Millennials; they have a sense of entitlement, despite not being willing to concentrate and work hard for it - but new research has shed light on the possibility that it could be younger generations’ priorities holding them back from progressing professionally.
One in four Millennials state they care more about their body image than career, with two thirds willing to take a 20% pay-cut if that meant achieving the perfect body.

Shockingly, one in five millennials (17%) say that they have received comments about their weight from a colleague.
