Millennials face a lot of media scrutiny for their parental reliance – perceived as being much higher than Generation X-ers and the baby boomers.
Whether it’s moving back in after graduation or borrowing off 'The Bank of Mum & Dad' for a house deposit, the younger-side of the workforce rely, more often than before, on the loose purse strings of their progenitors.
One lucky 23-year-old has even got a job out of his parents, after they bought a car body repairs company and employed him as a spray painter – the Metro reports.
Tom Maunder worked for Chips Away but it went under and he, along with all other staff, were made redundant.
