Grayling appoints new People & Development Director

Grayling has appointed a new People & Development Director for the UK and Ireland.

Joseph Zeratzion will now be leading Grayling's talent strategy and will be responsible for the L&D of all employees.

His previous experience as Manager of Grayling's EMEA L&D, as well as L&D Business Partner with News UK, means Zeratzion will be able to attract leading talent while enriching the company's expertise.

Responding to his appointment, Zeratzion said: “Grayling already understands the importance of managing, developing and rewarding team members. As part of our talent strategy, I will be looking to build on these foundations to create a culture that allows people to excel and grow."
