Total Produce appoints new Organisational Development Director

Producer, importer and exporter of fresh produce, Total Produce, has appointed a new Organisational Development Director.

David Frost joins the business from Produce World Group, where he held the role of Group HR Director for eight years.

Key markers during his eight year tenure with the group include leading an employee engagement strategy which increased positive engagement levels from below 40% to over 80% and participating in a group performance turnaround programme, where he delivered a 50% reduction in overhead costs.

Previous roles saw Frost as Head of Human Resources at Carlsberg UK and Human Resources Director at Norbert Dentressangle Transport Services.
