Conviviality appoints new Head of Human Resources

Drinks and impulse sector independent distributor, Conviviality, has appointed a new Head of Human Resources.

HR Director, Consultant and Coach, David Bannister will take the role.

He joins from River Island, where he was the Interim HR Director and also owns his own executive coaching business, called Interim HR Management, Consulting and Executive Coaching.

Other leading HR roles in the retail sector, held by Bannister include Group HR Director at New Look and Interim HR Director at Wiggle.co.uk.
