What are the challenges you expect for 2017 and onwards at Deezer?
The way that people discover, listen and engage with music has changed for good. As a business at the forefront of this, we need to ensure that we are leading the change and not simply following others. We’re a company that values creativity and personalisation, so having a diverse range of people who reflect these values and have a real passion for music will help us keep the connection that we have built with our customers.
We also need to be looking not only at how music will be consumed over the next year, but also over the next decade. That’s why getting forward-looking people onboard, that are passionate about innovation, is vital for our success going forward.
