Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists appoints new Head of HR

Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists | RCOG has appointed a new Head of Human Resources.

Fernando Caicedo, the new Head of HR, joins from Leonard Cheshire Disability where he was the Senior HR Projects Lead. During his tenure at the charity, which supports disabled people, Caicedo’s responsibilities included strategy development, staff management, coaching and delivery of extensive organisational change programmes – to name a few.  

He was also the HR Business Partner at an additional nonprofit organisation, Macmillan Cancer Support, and is currently a Board Trustee at Toybox - an organisation that rescues and supports street children.
