Centrica appoints new Talent Director

Energy and services company Centrica has appointed a new Talent Director.

Liza Strong joins the team from Royal Mail, where she was Group Head of Organisational Talent and Diversity. During her three and a half year tenure in the role, she lead the resourcing strategy and framework, and supported various other HR initiatives.

She has also held roles in talent at telecommunications company EE (Director of Talent, Engagement, Resourcing and Learning and Development) and International Power (Group Leadership and Talent Manager).
