Dancing manager goes viral: 'That's just my kind of leadership style'

An employee working at supermarket chain Super Target recently saw his management style go viral, after he was filmed dancing around inside the store.

Chase Carlson manages around 230 workers, according to USA Today, and believes that the workplace should have an element of fun within in it. He uploaded the video of him dancing at work, in his uniform, only for it to be shared all over the internet.

"It was just about two weeks ago that somebody shared it and it spread like wildfire," he told USA Today. "It's an eye-opening experience as far as what goes out on the Internet.
