Amazon, Microsoft & Expedia CEOs tell staff they will fight Trump's ban

President Trump’s immigration ban has sparked public criticism from top-level executives – with Amazon and Expedia starting legal action alongside Microsoft’s condemnation of the order.

Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos has pledged the full legal support of his company in fighting the travel ban instituted by Trump.

Alleging that the ban will hurt employees and businesses, Amazon, alongside travel company Expedia, filed federal lawsuits against the ban.

In a published email, Bezos wrote: “Our legal team has prepared a declaration of support for the Washington State Attorney General who will be filing suit against the order. We are working other legal options as well.”
