De Montfort University appoints Head of HR

De Montfort University has appointed a new Head of Human Resources.

Louise Blackman-Reynolds brings more than twenty years HR and leadership experience across the UK, US, Sweden, India and China.

She joins from AstraZeneca, where she held the role of HR Director/Senior Global HR Business Partner. She started her career in HR with AstraZeneca in 2000 as a Human Resources Officer.
