Demonstrating the power of analytics at the HR software Show

Crown Workforce Management will be on hand to advise visitors to the CIPD HR Software Show how to harness the power of analytics.

The leading technology company believes that the ability for leaders to be able to build a detailed picture around how their organisations work will allow them to better plan for the future.

Crown’s advisors will be in attendance at the show, in London Olympia, on Wednesday and Thursday this week (14-15 June), on stand H310.

David Hughes, Head of Marketing for Crown Workforce Management Systems, said that the development of an analytics module had been a major focus for the company, as customers wanted to use data to plan the future prosperity of their organisations.

“It has become the ‘next big thing’,” he said. “HR technologies need to do more than record the here and now, they need be able to use data to provide a snapshot of an organisation, its effectiveness and enable leaders to plan for the future.”

To support this approach, Crown is soon to produce a whitepaper on analytics from expert Dr Pietro Micheli, Professor of Organisational Performance at Warwick Business School. This will be accompanied by a series of vlogs in which Dr Micheli will expand on the various elements in the whitepaper including; demystifying workforce analytics, the main challenges, realising the key benefits and how analytics can create real business value.
