HR personnel can secure their free place behind the wheel of the latest car models at Company Car in Action 13-14 June, when fleet decision-makers can test drive on the closed roads of Millbrook Proving Ground in Bedfordshire.

There are four purpose-built test routes designed specifically to help drivers evaluate the real-world performance of vehicles before adding them to their fleets.

Route choices include a testing city circuit, high-speed driving, a challenging hill route and an off-road course.

The event brings together over 20 manufacturers allowing visitors to drive the widest range of new cars at the biggest audited ride and drive event in Europe. Brands include traditional fleet favourites such as Ford, Vauxhall and Volkswagen, premium marques such as BMW, Jaguar, Land Rover, Lexus and Volvo, and manufacturers looking to grow their presence in fleet, including Fiat, Kia and Seat.

In addition to unrivalled access to hundreds of potential test drives, visitors will have direct access to manufacturer representatives who can answer specific fleet requirements and questions.

There is also a range of added value elements to the day, both on and off the track, including taking part in strategic debates and reviewing the future of fleet in the EV/hydrogen Review Zone.

This dedicated area covers all forms of electric vehicles, from plug-in EVs to hydrogen-powered cars. It will dominate the indoor arena, reflecting the growing importance of electric vehicles in the future purchasing choices of fleets.

Access to hundreds of new car models and extensive fleet insight makes CCIA an efficient use of time. In just one day, visitors can take unlimited test drives and gain a complete market overview that would take weeks in an office-based environment.

The experience and insight provided also means that HR professionals will be better prepared to answer some of the most pressing questions that drivers and senior managers ask about future vehicle choices.
