A focus on achieving specific business benefits can often lead to transformational change when introducing a new workforce management system, explain business leaders in a new film by Crown Workforce Management Systems.
Tulip Foods, Interserve and Princess Yachts highlight how putting “foundation” requirements in place resulted in establishing a cornerstone on which greater improvements could be built.
“The foundation benefits; standardising processes, centralising systems, generating accurate data and creating greater visibility across the organisation can often be the immediate objectives,” says David Bacon, Sales and Marketing Director for Crown Workforce Management Systems. “But these business benefits can often combine and result in real transformational change.”
