HR systems failing to aid productivity, survey finds

Less than a quarter of employees (24%) believe their current HR IT systems have a positive impact on productivity, according to research conducted by NGA HR.

Only six per cent out of 200 employees questioned said their HR systems ‘improved productivity a lot’.

Despite recent advancements in HR technology, 79% of employees claim that performing activities on their HR systems takes longer than it should, with one in ten respondents agreeing that their current system takes ‘far too long and feels like there are many unnecessary steps’.
