What have been the highlights in your career journey that have enabled you to sit where you are today?

I got to where I am today through a circuitous route that seemingly had no destination; Sales, Recruitment, HR, L&D then OD. There have been a number of highlights throughout this journey from running my first Asia programme (which was a real test to my style and context) to in-sourcing 300 manual skilled roles in manufacturing and running the whole change programme. One thing that I will always remember is standing in the Woolwich station box watching a tunnel-boring machine arrive - an event that my team organised. But the biggest highlight is the fact that the story is still being written and each chapter gets better.
