What have been the highlights in your career journey that have enabled you to sit where you are today?

My career turned on its head about 12 years ago when I decided to quit my job and study my Master in Occupational Psychology, that decision changed my career prospects and opportunities overnight. I was also incredibly fortunate to get a fantastic  job after my Masters with a great consultancy where I really learnt my trade, building up a depth of knowledge whilst also learning to engage with senior people, understand their business, their needs and then working with them to build a solution. Those skills of customer service coupled with a focus on delivery have remained with me ever since.
