Four top tips for women in business from Lloyds' Director of D&I

After her company’s inclusion in the Top 50 Employers for Women  last week Fiona Cannon OBE, Lloyds Banking Group Director of Diversity and Inclusion, gives her top career progressing tips for women in business.

“Really make sure that you network. A lot of the time younger women are focussed on a doing a really good job, which is important. You need to be good at what you’re doing but you also need to make sure that people know that you’re good. That’s one of the big things that a lot of women don’t do because it takes some time but it’s really important to have a wider network of contacts because you never know when that might be useful.”
