What do you think is the key to being a successful in your role? 

Put yourself in others shoes, understand the issues from the other persons perspective.  Believe in yourself and focus on your end goal, be open to new ideas along the way both externally and from others in your business – inspiration can come in many forms.  If something is not working there is always another way. 

What are some of the unique HR challenges you currently face? How will you overcome these?
