EE Chief shares advice for recruiting apprentices

Picking the best candidates for the job is an essential part of any recruitment process, but when hiring apprentices employers must consider their potential instead of their experience.

That’s according to Patrick Bradley, Chief HR Officer for EE. Speaking exclusively to Executive Grapevine, Bradley said: “You have to look at potential rather than experience levels.”

Following on from a hugely successful scheme that began in 2012, EE recently announced it was recruiting 250 apprentices throughout the course of this year across its portfolio of call centres, retail estate, HR, finance and technology.
