Dell SVP of HR: Crowdsource innovation from staff

Companies can source major innovations and ideas for improvement within their own workforce.

That’s according to Dell’s Senior VP of HR, Steve Price who revealed exclusively to HR Grapevine the success the company has found through staff idea generation.

He explained how the company now looks to its own employees, regardless of their role, for proposals and recommendations on how the business could be improved.
