Companies that shun mobile technology at risk of falling behind rivals

Companies must embrace the technological shift towards mobile now in order to reap the rewards, avoid being left behind and give staff a better work-life balance.

Thats according to Michael Richards, Chairman of webexpenses. Speaking exclusively to HR Grapevine he said: “Mobile technology can bring huge time-saving benefits to a business. Our recent webexpenses research found that employees using mobile technology report that this saves them almost an hour-and-a-half a week (86 minutes), which adds up to over six business hours over the course of a month.”

Though this is positive from a business perspective, Richards insists it should also help employees to manage a better work-life balance.
