Business failing to embrace flexible working legislation

Companies are still failing to embrace flexible working legislation, according to a survey by Regus.

The survey showed that occasionally working away from the main office is seen as a key factor in achieving a good work-life balance, with two thirds (66%) of respondents believing workers that have flexible working options are happier, and three in five (62%) stating they are more content now that they work outside the main office some of the time.

Introduced by the Government seven months ago, the legislation states employees have the legal right to request flexible working options.
