
UK business leaders are failing to retain and attract talent due to a lack of employee engagement know-how.
That's according to Mike Wiliams, Senior Consultant at Wilson Learning worldwide.
Speaking at the Learning and Skills 2015 exhibition in London yesterday, Williams urged leaders to spend more time focussing on employee engagement, but that it must start from the top. He said: "Between 70-90% of an organisation's employees report feeling disengaged with their company at present.
